Tier One - Silver Package
Cost: $2500 USD per year (inquire if outside the US)
Service benefits: Enhanced access to Dr. Shehata, including one 30 minute standard virtual appointment (general medical* or behavioral counseling by video conference or phone call) per month upon request, and one same-day or next-day appointment for urgent needs**. This plan offers direct communication via email with Dr. Shehata.
Tier Two - Gold Package
Cost: $4000 USD per year (inquire if outside the US)
Service benefits: Enhanced access to Dr. Shehata including up to two 30 minute standard virtual appointments (general medical* or behavioral counseling by video conference or phone call) per month upon request, and two same-day or next-day appointment for urgent needs**. This plan offers direct communication via email with Dr. Shehata, and adds text message access with response time of less than 12 hours from time of message (usually less than 6 hours).
Tier Three - VIP Executive Package
Cost: $10,000 USD per year (inquire if outside the US)
Service benefits: Enhanced access to Dr. Shehata including unlimited virtual appointments (general medical* or behavioral counseling by video conference or phone call) per month upon request, and unlimited same-day or next-day appointment for urgent needs**. This plan offers direct communication via phone, text and email with Dr. Shehata. In order to provide the highest level of healthcare service, this package is limited to an exclusive number of clients. This plan also adds in-person visits upon availability***.

Important Conditions
* - These Tier plans do not include the costs of lab work, imaging or medication that may be prescribed by the Dr. Ali Shehata Clinic. We always strive to use the most cost-efficient diagnostic centers for these services, but please keep this in mind when calculating annual expenses.
** - The Dr. Ali Shehata Clinic does not issue prescriptions for controlled substances such as narcotic pain mediations or benzodiazepines, irrespective of tier. Please keep this in mind before scheduling an appointment.
*** - This may require the client to arrange transportation for Dr. Shehata to/from their location if they are unable to visit him. This may incur added costs depending on the distance, etc. Be sure to ask for details.
